Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Loader to join a busy manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, supporting fabrication and production teams, and assisting with daily warehouse and yard operations.

The ideal candidate has industrial or warehouse experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous experience in an industrial, construction, warehouse, or general labor environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized
• Move materials throughout the shop and yard to support production
• Assist fabrication and welding teams with production-related tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard work practices
• Meet daily production and quality expectations
• Perform general labor duties, including lifting, climbing, standing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous forklift certification or operating experience
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, squatting, and repetitive movement
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
• Comfortable working extended hours and overtime as needed
