What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in GA or IMLC

Dates of Coverage needed 9-12 months beginning ASAP

Shifts Days/hours-clinic: 8-5pm, OR 7:30-3:30pm 24hr Call Coverage may be needed

Description of the need: Candidate would be able to do both surgeries as well as clinic.

Type of call: In house and beeper though they do not have to reside on hospital premises 100% of the time

Currently call is on a rotating M/T, W/Th, F/S/S schedule. *this may change to a 1 week on schedule.

Call ratio would be 1:4 with the locum.

Performs office procedures and more minor surgery. Would let internal urologists do the bigger, more advanced cases.
