Senior Director, Corporate Finance

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Oversee Corporate Finance responsibilities for the North American market. Responsible for the overall management and delivery of treasury, accounting, procurement, and internal controls.Key Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with established internal control frameworks, best practices and established policies. Ensure the protection of company assets; effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of business processes.Oversee all North American (U.S. and Canadian) subsidiaries’ liquidity, solvency and financial market risks, in coordination with Group Treasury.Create strategy and lead initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of cash management processes/policies/solutions/strategies in North America; proactively challenge the status-quo and pursue world-class cash management operations.Responsible for daily cash management, intra-group funding, corporate finance, cash collections and disbursements.Ensure all activities related to accounting practices are achieved for the legal entity. Direct the accounting department. Secure the integrity of accounting records and safeguarding of assets.Provide direction for all aspects of retail inventory management, ensuring the accounting and financial inventory records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner for adidas own Retail.
