Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics. The RAPID division leads the industry in reticle inspection solutions, helping ensure high lithography yields and cost-effective semiconductor manufacturing. Its systems support both mask shops and fabs by detecting defects early in the process, enabling faster, more reliable production.What You'll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.Responsibility and ScopeSeeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Design Engineer to join our team.This role will focus on managing high-priority escalations and driving continuous improvement in the escalation process.The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products in RAPID division of KLA Assess, evaluate risks, and drive projects forward with an eye for critical path. Communicate cross-functionally with a diverse team including engineering, manufacturing, and service to drive execution. Lead, encourage, empower, and influence team members to achieve excellence in engineering rigor, reliability, usability, and customer focus. Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles for the team to focus on value-add activities. Hold regular meetings between functional groups to ensure interdependencies are well understood and documented.
