We are seeking one full-time OB/GYN physician to join our team. Practice Highlights Join a collaborative team of 14 OB/GYN physicians (12 full-scope, 2 GYN-only) and 9 certified nurse-midwives (CNMs). Integrated CNM model: Our CNMs collaboratively manage low-risk obstetrics and routine GYN care, so physicians practice at the top of their license and focus on complex obstetrics and surgery. Deliveries: 130-160 per month as a group. OB/GYN mix: 50/50. Schedule: 4-day typical work week. Call: 1:11, supported by OB hospitalist coverage. Post-call day off. Locations: 4 modern office sites with advanced EMR and established management protocols.
