SeaHawk Prime by David Burke is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Dining Room Manager to join our management team.

Located waterfront at Nautilus 220 in Lake Park, SeaHawk Prime combines Chef David Burke’s innovative culinary style with an elevated steakhouse experience, exceptional seafood, sushi, and polished, personalized service. We are looking for a leader who understands that great hospitality starts with the details—from the first greeting to the final goodbye.

The Opportunity

The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team and ensuring that every guest receives a memorable, seamless dining experience. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems, and setting a high standard for service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily dining room operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Be highly visible on the floor and actively engage with guests and staff
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop servers, captains, hosts, runners, and other front-of-house team members
• Ensure consistent execution of SeaHawk Prime’s service standards and hospitality philosophy
• Maintain strong communication between the dining room, bar, kitchen, and management team
• Monitor table pacing, reservations, seating flow, service timing, and overall guest experience
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIP clientele
• Ensure staff maintains excellent knowledge of the menu, wine, spirits, service standards, and restaurant procedures
• Assist with scheduling, side work, opening/closing procedures, and daily operational needs
• Monitor labor, sales, service efficiency, and other key operating metrics
• Maintain a polished, professional dining room and ensure all team members meet appearance and conduct standards
• Support private dining, special events, and high-volume service periods
• Lead by example and create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining, upscale casual, luxury hospitality, or a high-end steakhouse
• Strong knowledge of dining room operations and professional service standards
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse front-of-house team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong wine, spirits, food, and menu knowledge
• Comfortable managing a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Confident handling VIP guests and complex service situations
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Food Handler/Food Manager certification preferred
