To support you in your journey, we offer a guaranteed draw for the first two months for experienced sales representatives, providing financial stability during the initial phase. Additionally, we specialize in bathroom remodels, which serves as an additional source of leads for you.

You'll also have access to our selection center, where you can showcase our offerings and enhance your sales potential. At Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land, we are committed to extreme quality, and our multi-award-winning franchise spans five territories for kitchen remodeling and three for bathroom remodeling. Flexibility is important to us, and while work hours are flexible, attending sales appointments on Saturdays may be required. To excel in this role, you will conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up sales process, conduct virtual/in-home consultations, make compelling presentations to homeowners, and demonstrate persistence in sales follow-up.

Your skills in negotiating and market positioning will contribute to your success, and your ability to take measurements and create neat diagrams is essential. Computer and smartphone proficiency is a must, as you'll need to navigate our systems efficiently. You'll generate outside leads and sales in addition to those provided by our lead-heavy office, further expanding your earning potential.

To thrive in this role, you should be highly motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic. Your optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will make a lasting impression on our clients. A professional demeanor suitable for working in clients' homes and reliable transportation are also required.
