You will also maintain quality control, manage inventory and financial performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Ensure consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance (core sales mix, MultiCare, Core Plus). Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience. Set a positive example as a leader and build team engagement and efficiency. Develop teammates using internal training programs and provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction. Maintain quality control measures and processes consistently. Handle inventory, cash management, guest issues, and concerns. Collaborate with the District Manager on critical initiatives. Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls. Provide clear and detailed direction to the team. Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence (GTE). Guide and mentor automotive technicians and Customer Service Associates (CSAs). Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is unavailable. Build and maintain an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume and business needs. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings. Manage inventory and product orders that meet business needs. Enforce rules and regulations that maintain a safe, productive work environment. Qualifications One to three years of retail management experience (professional automotive experience not required). Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups. Sound business sense with a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Analytical skills to recommend financial objectives that increase sales and service results. Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times. Enthusiastic and energized by a fast‑paced, flexible, high‑performance retail environment. Guest first mindset. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Physical ability to stand on hard surfaces (concrete/metal) and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work in environments with hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. Must be at least 18 years of age.
