MIKE YEO, DDS

Dental Hygienist | Flexible Schedule | $10,000 Sign-On | Chantilly, VA Great hygiene starts with having the time, support, and trust to take great care of patients. Mike Yeo, DDS is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our established Chantilly practice. This opportunity combines something that’s increasingly hard to find: schedule flexibility, strong benefits, meaningful professional-development support, and the feel of an established private practice with the resources of a larger organization behind you.

YOUR OFFER AT A GLANCE

$10,000 sign-on bonus 4 weeks of PTO $1,000 annual continuing education allowance Flexible days and hours Competitive compensation based on experience Monthly Performance Incentive Program Comprehensive full-time benefits Established Chantilly practice with a broad clinical environment

A SCHEDULE WE CAN BUILD TOGETHER

We recognize that work-life balance doesn’t look exactly the same for everyone. Rather than forcing every hygienist into one predetermined schedule, we’re open to discussing the days and hours that work for both you and the practice. Current practice hours are: Monday-Friday: 9:15 AM-5:00 PM Saturday: 9:45 AM-2:00 PM Our recruiting team will walk through the specific schedule expectations and areas of flexibility with you up front.

AN ESTABLISHED PRACTICE WITH CLINICAL DEPTH

Dr. Mike Yeo has practiced dentistry in Northern Virginia for decades and established the Chantilly location in 2005. Today, the practice provides general dentistry alongside expanded periodontal expertise, creating an environment where team members are exposed to a broad range of patient needs and comprehensive dental care. For a hygienist, that means being part of a clinical team where prevention, periodontal health, patient education, and long‑term relationships all matter. Your voice and clinical judgment should be part of that conversation.

WE INVEST IN YOUR GROWTH

We don’t want continuing education to be something you squeeze in simply because your license requires it. This role includes: $1,000 annual continuing education allowance Professional-development opportunities Exposure to modern dental technology and evolving clinical tools Access to training and education available through Star Dental Partners Opportunities to continue developing your clinical and professional skills Whether you’re interested in strengthening your periodontal knowledge, becoming more comfortable with emerging technology, or simply continuing to become a stronger clinician, we want professional growth to be part of the job.

TIME AWAY FROM WORK MATTERS TOO

Full-time hygienists in this role receive 4 weeks of PTO. That’s intentional. Great clinicians need time away from patients too, whether that’s for travel, family, personal commitments, or simply recharging.

FULL-TIME BENEFITS

Eligible full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid company holidays Bereavement and jury-duty pay Employer-paid basic life insurance Voluntary life and AD&D coverage Short-term disability Pet insurance Employee Assistance Program for employees and their households Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Dental Hygienist with Mike Yeo, DDS, you’ll: Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care Review medical and dental histories and perform appropriate screenings Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended treatment Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license Current BLS/CPR certification Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements Strong communication and patient-education skills A collaborative approach and interest in comprehensive patient care Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, and we’d also welcome a conversation with motivated clinicians looking for the right environment to continue developing.
