Immediate coverage needed! Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced Locum Nurse Practitioner with ICU/Critical Care experience to support Pulmonary Services during the credentialing of new providers. This is a high-priority, ongoing opportunity with flexible scheduling and consistent monthly needs.

Ongoing need with flexibility
Day and night shift options
Autonomous APP practice model
Adult ICU population
EPIC EMR
Must cover at least one stint per month

• 1, 2, 11, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 29, 30

Day Shifts:

• 1, 6, 9, 11, 12 24, 27

Night Shifts:

• August ,
• Days or nights TBD closer to dates

• Shifts TBD
• Will work around locum availability as much as possible
• Minimum commitment: at least one coverage stint per month

• Setting: Inpatient ICU / Critical Care
• Patient Population: Adult
• Average Census: 13 patients/day (range 1 20)
• APP Role: Working autonomously

Vent management (with RT support)
Monitoring and managing critically ill patients
️ Assisting with decompensating patients (including overnight)
Admitting ICU patients from:

• ED
• Hospital floors
• Surrounding hospitals

Communicating with families and discussing goals of care

Central Venous Lines (CVLs)
Arterial lines
Hemodialysis catheters

• EMR: EPIC

• FAST turnaround: 2 4 weeks

This role is filling fast , and priority will be given to providers with open availability and strong ICU experience .
