Position Overview

We are currently in search of an OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to enhance our expanding Women's Health team. This position is entirely outpatient, concentrating solely on ambulatory women's health services.

There will be no deliveries, no operating room duties, and no requirements for night, weekend, or holiday shifts. Physicians will enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

Your role will involve providing comprehensive gynecological and outpatient obstetric care within a collaborative, patient-focused environment, supported by a skilled clinical team.

Schedule Highlights

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• No night shifts

• No weekend shifts

• No holiday shifts

• 100% outpatient focus

• No delivery or surgical responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct well-woman examinations, acute care visits, and family planning services

• Provide evidence-based outpatient obstetric care for patients with low to moderate risk

• Perform in-office gynecological procedures, including:

• Annual examinations

• Contraceptive and LARC insertion/removal

• Colposcopy and biopsies

• Menopausal care

• Collaborate with Women's Health providers and clinical leadership to coordinate care

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Epic

• Complete billing and clinical tasks in line with organizational policies

• Refer patients for testing, specialty care, and follow-up as necessary

• Engage in quality improvement and peer review activities

• Offer clinical guidance to nursing staff and medical assistants

• May rotate among various outpatient clinic locations as required

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (or an equivalent board-approved program)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Active or eligible medical license in Florida

• Active or eligible DEA registration

• Previous outpatient OB/GYN experience is preferred

• BLS certification required

• Familiarity with Epic or other EMR systems is preferred
