This unique role combines the strategic leadership of a Chief Technology Officer with the high-touch impact of an Executive Coach. As CTO & Executive Coach, you will drive the company’s technology vision and strategy while developing executive leadership capability across the organization. You will work directly with C-suite executives, technology teams, and key stakeholders to deliver both technological innovation and world-class leadership development

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Vision & Strateg y: Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Executive Coachin g: Provide tailored coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent, fostering growth, resilience, and organizational agility.
• Digital Transformatio n: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) for business impact.
• Team Leadershi p: Build and mentor high-performing technology teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Engagemen t: Partner with executive leadership, clients, and partners to drive alignment and achieve transformational goals.
• Risk & Complianc e: Oversee technology risk management, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Performance Optimization : Leverage data-driven insights and best practices to optimize technology operations and leadership development outcomes.
