Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish a deeper understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and refine individualized treatment plans that are responsive to clients’ goals and progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques during individual sessions tailored to client needs.

• Monitor clients' progress towards therapeutic goals through regular check-ins and progress notes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or geographical constraints.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and healthcare regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. You will support various age groups, providing tailored interventions and empathetic support to help them achieve resilience. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a similar credential.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong foundation in empathy, understanding, and compassion, along with a non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Robust organizational and time-management skills to maintain a busy caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience in specific therapeutic approaches and client populations is highly valued, candidates with a passion for mental health and the drive to create impactful change in clients' lives will also be strongly considered. Previous experience in teletherapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
