Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety. Perform assessments, educate patients and families, administer medications, and provide post-procedure care. Maintain sterile techniques, support procedural workflow, and collaborate with the care team for patient-centered plans. Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year recent experience as an EP Lab Tech. Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications. Preferred: valid radiologic license, PALS or ENPC certifications. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to move equipment and remain stationary; technical, motor, and sensory skills. Key Duties Assist physicians, monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to patient changes, and ensure equipment readiness. Provide education, support safe procedures, and assist with post-procedure recovery.
