Job Summary

We are currently hiring for the busy season!

Room Attendants/Housekeepers at our local oceanfront hotel The Surf Suites.

 

ONSITE EMPLOYEE PARKING PROVIDED.

 

30+/- hrs a week, day time hours , excellent attendance, attention to detail and be dependable.

$16.00 per hr plus tips.

Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri,  9am-3ish

 

Weekends and holidays may required. Experience not necessary but helpful, will train the right person.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Duties

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure all public areas, hallways, and amenities are tidy, inviting, and well-maintained.
  • Handle laundry responsibilities including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning carts in an organized manner.
