Customer Success/Client Support
6 Month Contract - No Third Parties
Remote
We’re looking for a contractor to work for our client in a Customer/Training Support role. This person will provide essential operational and customer service support to the Training Team. In this role, you’ll manage the support inbox, process orders, manage certifications, onboarding trainers, manage ERP systems and ensure partner inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth backend operations and a positive partner experience. The role also involves administrative and tracking tasks to ensure data accuracy and alignment across internal systems.
Must be comfortable with using AI.
