Windsor Fitzhugh is a mid‑rise community consisting of 364 apartment homes. Summary Successful Service Technicians may come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, and general building maintenance. Candidates must have intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry, and be available for a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. Compensation Hourly: $22.70 – $28.38 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Compensation: $47,216 – $59,030.
