Sales Team Leader (Freelance)

Principales responsabilidades

Liderar, motivar y desarrollar el equipo de ventas del mercado español.
Realizar sesiones de coaching, formación y acompañamiento continuo a los comerciales.
Supervisar el rendimiento del equipo mediante KPIs y métricas comerciales.
Definir planes de acción para mejorar la productividad y las tasas de conversión.
Revisar llamadas, demos y procesos comerciales para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de SDR, Marketing y Customer Success para optimizar el embudo comercial.
Garantizar la correcta utilización del CRM y el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
Participar en la contratación, incorporación y desarrollo de nuevos miembros del equipo comercial.
Reportar resultados, previsiones y oportunidades de mejora a la dirección comercial.
Fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento, responsabilidad y colaboración.

Este puesto no requiere realizar ventas de forma directa . El objetivo principal es liderar al equipo comercial, mejorar su desempeño y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio en el mercado español.

Requirements

Experiencia demostrable liderando equipos comerciales B2B .
Experiencia en gestión, formación y desarrollo de equipos de ventas.
Fuerte orientación a resultados y al cumplimiento de objetivos.
Capacidad para analizar KPIs comerciales e implementar planes de mejora.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y motivación de equipos.
Capacidad de organización y trabajo autónomo.
Mentalidad emprendedora y enfoque orientado al crecimiento.
Experiencia utilizando CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho o plataformas similares) .
Español nativo o equivalente, con excelente comunicación para el mercado español.
Se valorará experiencia en los sectores inmobiliario, proptech o SaaS B2B .
Experiencia trabajando con equipos remotos será considerada un plus.

Benefits

Remuneración compuesta por una parte fija de aproximadamente 4.000 € mensuales , más una parte variable de hasta 4.000 € mensuales , vinculada al rendimiento y a los resultados del equipo comercial.
Excelente potencial de ingresos para perfiles con sólida experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de ventas y orientación a resultados.
