Wealth Analyst

Responsibilities Collect and analyze client financial information to understand their goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation. Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids for client meetings. Input data and prepare financial plans and preliminary recommendations/solutions for Wealth Strategist or Wealth Advisor review and use in client meetings. Tax planning. Estate planning. Insurance recommendations. Charitable gifting. College planning. Monitor asset allocations and rebalance as needed to align with the client’s investment policy statement and overall goals. Review and follow up on operational items such as wires, journals, account openings, charitable requests, and other custodian specific items. Prepare and review investment portfolio recommendations for prospects and clients. Collaborate with senior team members to develop comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives. Conduct investment asset class research. Compile, enter, and monitor CRM workflows related to client financial planning requests. Support the Wealth Planning Team. Qualifications & Requirements 3-5 years of wealth management experience, preferably in the ultra-high net worth market. Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. CFP designation preferred. Strong understanding of tax, investments, and estate planning. Strong investment research skills. Proficient project management and presentation skills. Professional business acumen and enhanced communication skills. Solid understanding of eMoney planning software. Strong intrinsic motivation and self‑starter with analytical skills to work independently and as part of a high‑touch team. Physical Requirements Work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Lift up to 15 pounds. Work onsite 4 days per week. U.S. Eligibility Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. U.S. citizens or permanent residents are preferred. Proof of work authorization required. Pay Information This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio. The pay range for this position is $65,000–$72,000 USD per year.
