CB2 Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) (Onsite)

Job Overview Cross Product Team Lead – Coyote Block 2 (CB2) Systems Integration & Test portfolio. Onsite in Tucson, AZ with up to 30% travel. Key Responsibilities Lead cost, schedule and execution of CB2 Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) activities within the CB2 Cross Product framework. Direct flight test planning, preparation and execution; oversee system qualification, HIL development and cross‑product verification testing. Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 IPTLs and engineers. Coordinate with cross‑product teams, program leadership, customers and business associates to ensure alignment and stakeholder communication. Support budget and schedule planning for multiple contracts, including EV Lite and EACs. Staff and manage program resources, including personnel and infrastructure. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing cost, schedule and execution of technical projects. Program Manager Certification Level 6 or ability to obtain within the first year. Experience with flight test planning and execution for U.S. Government customers. U.S. citizenship required; active or clearable Secret security clearance (Interim clearance may be obtained). Preferred Qualifications Earned Value Management certification. Strong expertise in System Integration & Test, particularly on military platforms. Experience evaluating requirements with verification and validation methods. Leadership experience in matrix environments, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Unmanned Aerial Systems and associated technologies. Experience on Customer Safety Review Boards. Benefits Competitive salary range of $107,500 – $204,500.
