What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU at Northside Hospital
• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatricians, and research nurses
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care to complex newborns
• Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care
• Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in mentorship, especially for new graduates in a high-acuity setting
• Work flexible 24-hour shifts to accommodate hospital needs

What You Need:

• Valid ARNP/NP license in Georgia
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• 1+ years of NICU experience (preferred but not required for new graduates)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
