Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), with every other weekend required.

We are seeking a qualified Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg nursing. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while adhering to hospital policies and guidelines.

Deliver direct patient care in a Med Surg unit.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and updates on care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.

Active compact or AL RN license.

BLS certification required.

1 year of Med Surg nursing experience.

Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Patient ratio of 6 to 1.
