We’re looking for a dependable Logistics Coordinator who can keep shipments moving and customers informed without letting the small details slip through the cracks. This role works closely with carriers, drivers, customers, and our internal team to coordinate freight from pickup through final delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily freight pickups, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
• Communicate with carriers and drivers to confirm availability and delivery status.
• Track active shipments and follow up when delays or changes occur.
• Keep customers updated with accurate shipment information and expected delivery times.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and related paperwork.
• Work with the operations team to resolve missed pickups, damaged freight, scheduling conflicts, and other shipment issues.
• Make sure shipment details, addresses, rates, and special handling instructions are correct before dispatch.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight, dispatch, or a related position is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling several shipments and priorities at the same time.
• Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Able to stay organized and make practical decisions when schedules change.
• Experience working with freight carriers or transportation management systems is a plus.
