divh2Member Services Rep-AACU Mortgage Processing/h2pJob Type: W2 Contract/ppJob Duration: 3-4 month/ppJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 100% on-site/ppJob Purpose/ppResponsible for creating new mortgage loans and processing applications for purchase or refinance of real estate at American Airlines Credit Union./ppPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities/pulliPrepare pre-closing Loan Quality Initiative requirements, credit analysis and quality control of the loan information/liliProvide accurate closing and funding of our mortgage loans in all 50 states plus the Virgin Islands, using the Prime Alliance LFC system/liliServe in a backup role for initial member contact via incoming phone calls and for taking applications through our Prime Alliance loan origination system/liliRepresent the Mortgage Department in various Credit Union days, seminars and other special projects as directed by the management staff of the Mortgage Department/liliMeet deadlines and assists with production goals/liliPerform other duties as assigned/liliThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliPrevious banking or Credit Union experience/liliPrevious mortgage lending experience/liliPrevious knowledge of FNMA, NCUA and AAFCU Mortgage Lending Guidelines/liliPrevious Residential Mortgage Closing and Funding experience/liliPrevious working knowledge of PC Software including Desktop Underwriting, Prime Alliance, and Episys/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills Abilities/pulliSkilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software/liliAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team/liliSkilled in above average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manners/liliAbility to effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and written/liliAbility to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus/liliAbility to work well under deadlines and high volume pressure/liliAbility to work in a diverse work environment/liliAbility to quickly learn and adapt well to change/liliAbility to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail/liliAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance/liliAbility to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks/li/ul/div
