California Family Medicine locums centered on steady weekday clinic flow and a true outpatient focus, built around predictable coverage that fits cleanly into your existing schedule.

Highlights

• Outpatient preventative care, no call responsibilities
• Weekday, full time coverage needed, structured for continuity through at least year end
• 16 patients per day on average, paced for consistent clinic days
• Epic workflow launching in August, step into a modernized charting environment

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic focused on standard primary care and preventative visits
• All ages patient panel
• Onsite clinic staff and nurses supporting day to day flow
• 1 to 2 other providers onsite daily, each managing their own patient load

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• Daytime clinic schedule
• 36 patient facing hours per week
• No call

Workflow and Documentation

• Epic starting in August, currently transitioning from Cerner
• Clinic templates may include slight overbooking to offset no shows

Assignment Details

• Ongoing need driven by growth
• Credentialing typically 30 to 45 days
• California license required, unable to wait for licensure

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license
