Deliver outstanding customer service and boost sales growth. Uphold stringent quality standards and conduct quality control checks. Greet customers with a lasting first impression. Educate customers about the benefits of Unlimited Wash Club. Engage customers pre‑ and post‑wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Lead the team to exceed service standards and sustain high‑quality service. Address customer escalations calmly and effectively. Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process. Drive team performance to exceed service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance. Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment. Aspire for excellence in all tasks, consistently setting an example through leadership. Maintain professional appearance in accordance with appearance guidelines. Exceed expectations and uphold accountability in all responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Must work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
