This position focuses exclusively on employment-based immigrant visa matters , including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing PERM labor certifications and I-140 petitions from initiation through final adjudication. Job Responsibilities Manage employment-based green card matters, including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions. Prepare and file PERM Labor Certification applications. Draft and file I-140 Immigrant Petitions. Prepare National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, when applicable. Advise corporate clients on employment-based immigration strategies. Draft legal support letters and detailed petition briefs. Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). Work directly with HR representatives and corporate stakeholders. Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and USCIS regulations. Monitor priority dates and assist with adjustment of status strategy. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing (California preferred). Minimum of 2 years of employment-based immigration law experience. Demonstrated experience with: PERM Labor Certifications I-140 Immigrant Petitions EB-1 Petitions EB-2 Petitions (NIW experience preferred) EB-3 Petitions Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple complex cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience advising corporate clients is preferred.
