- Compensation up to $131K per year, with the strongest fit likely landing in the $116K–$118K range without prior teaching experience
- Full-time Monday through Friday schedule, which is a major quality-of-life shift for nurses coming out of nights, weekends, holidays, or constantly changing schedules

- Preferred: Prior teaching, precepting, training, mentoring, charge nurse, or clinical education experience, but formal teaching experience is not required
