Statement of Work

• Administrative Entity (AE) and Workload Manager Oversight Lead

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and at least five (5) years' experience in related field.
• 1+ years’ experience as BHSL workload manager strongly recommended
• Ability to orally communicate effectively in English with others in all levels of group and individual contacts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, using the English language, including computer based communication using e-mail, word processing, and data base systems.
• Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software and web based applications
• Ability to work with automated systems and enterprise platforms
• Ability to work independently and follow direction to complete projects and tasks
• Able to analyze systems and develop efficient solutions to work across regions
• Ability to create tracking tools and analyze data and trends
• Ability to mentor and train
• Ability to create and draft multimedia presentations

Role Description:

• Monitors and tracks provider issues, serious incidents and licensing issues.
• Reviews and analyzes AE data to determine necessity of sanctions.
• Assists in management of program initiatives including Regulatory Updates, Enterprise Licensing and Regional Consistency
• Reviews and approves responses to correspondence from providers, families, legislators and the community.
• Provides general leadership and training for workload managers to ensure efficiency and consistency per the direction of executive management
• Manages appeal processing, ECM data entry and tracking
• Manages the BHSL HQ email inquiries
• Manages Right to Know Law requests for BHSL
