In this role, you'll follow FAA safety procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and support flyers throughout the inflight experience. You'll make a difference for people every day: often in small moments that matter.What You'll DoKeep flyers safe and confident at 30,000 feet. Perform FAA safety procedures, conduct preflight equipment checks, operate aircraft doors/exits, and maintain full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.Deliver exceptional service to our Frontier flyers. Provide friendly, people-first support through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and warm hospitality throughout the journey.Keep the cabin running smoothly. Lead galley setup, beverage/snack service, onboard sales, PA announcements, and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin environment.Stay steady and ready when it matters most. Administer CPR/first aid, support emergency and security procedures, assist with evacuations, and provide calm, confident leadership.Your First Steps with Frontier3.5 weeks of immersive training with lodging and meals provided, preparing you for all in-flight safety and service operations. Complete your Initial Operating Experience (IOE) to become a fully certified Frontier Flight Attendant. (Training is unpaid.)After certification, you may begin on Reserve.
