Choice Realty Group is looking for a proactive and highly organized Director of Operations to take ownership of the systems, people, processes, and daily execution behind a growing real estate team. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable managing a high volume of activities and stepping in wherever needed to keep the operation moving.

Compensation and benefits:

• $55,000-$70,000 (based on experience)

• Paid time off

Compensation:

$55,000 – $70,000 base salary

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve systems, processes, and daily operations

• Manage team workflows, priorities, and accountability

• Keep agent profiles, databases, and systems organized and up to date

• Coordinate projects, meetings, events, and key deadlines

• Leverage systems and other tools to improve efficiency

• Ensure the team has the structure, support, and follow-through to succeed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in operations, office management, or a similar role

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Tech-savvy and systems-oriented, with strong software skills

• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership

• Strong communicator who can coordinate and hold others accountable

• Growth-minded, resourceful, and committed to taking care of people
