What you'll do:
- Assist management in onboarding new employees.
- Train and develop field cleaning staff.
- Conduct quality inspections at customer locations.
- Coach employees and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate with management regarding staffing and scheduling.
- Ensure company safety policies and quality standards are followed.
- Help create a positive, accountable team culture.
