Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (90+ Days) to manage auto loan accounts delinquent by 90+ days. You will document all collection activities in our loan servicing software and negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers. Responsibilities include ensuring FDCPA compliance, applying skip tracing tools, and helping borrowers develop plans to keep their vehicles while meeting loan obligations.
