Are you looking to grow your career in client management and commercial landscaping? This is your opportunity to join an established, fast-paced, and innovative landscape services company. As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work alongside industry leaders, manage top-tier accounts, and help deliver exceptional outdoor spaces across the Denver metro area.

What You'll Do:

· Support Senior Account Managers with scheduling, client communication, and operational oversight

· Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts

· Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and identify enhancement opportunities

· Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless execution of services

· Assist with estimating, proposals, and tracking job costs using industry software

· Develop strong relationships with clients, property managers, and stakeholders

· Identify and support sales opportunities through upselling and lead generation

· Deliver outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

· A natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment

· Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior-level role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Aspire software experience is a plus

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
