City/State Hampton, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Rheumatology Specialists is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA! Hours Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM Overview As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
