Hermione Elma Atelier is seeking an experienced seamstress to join our couture fashion studio in Delray Beach, Florida.

We specialize in custom bridal gowns, evening gowns, corsets, couture garments, alterations, and handcrafted designs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sewing, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and produces high quality work with attention to detail.

Position Details

• Full Time

• Monday through Friday

• 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• $17.00 per hour

• Delray Beach, Florida

Responsibilities

• Construct custom corsets, bridal gowns, evening gowns, and couture garments

• Assemble skirts and complete garment construction from start to finish

• Create and attach beaded skirts and beaded corsets

• Perform hand beading and other embellishment work

• Perform alterations and garment adjustments as needed

• Press, finish, and prepare garments to a professional standard

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow design instructions while producing high quality workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional sewing experience

• Experience using industrial sewing machines

• Strong knowledge of garment construction

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with bridal, couture, corsets, alterations, or hand beading is a plus
