About the Position
Our client is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Truck Driver with a valid medical card to support local operations in Blacksburg, Virginia. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $20 per hour plus overtime
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Temp to perm
- Start date: September 8, 2026
- Route schedule: Local routes with daily home time
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned equipment on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform required touch-freight handling tasks.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the position.
Minimum Requirements
- Non-CDL driver’s license with a valid medical card.
- Real ID driver’s license.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
