Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time Patent Prosecution Attorney with over five years of experience to join its Intellectual Property Department in Vancouver, WA. Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting. Strong writing and communication skills. Professional references and strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Advanced degree in advanced computing preferred. Certifications USPTO registration. State bar admission.
