Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time Patent Prosecution Attorney with over five years of experience to join its Intellectual Property Department in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment, focusing on client success. Duties Manage patent prosecution projects with significant independence. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services. Engage in business development to build a client portfolio. Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting. Strong writing and communication skills. Professional references and strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Advanced degree in advanced computing preferred. Certifications USPTO registration. State bar admission. Skills Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and/or quantum computing. Strong client service ethics. Benefits Productivity and discretionary merit bonus consideration.
