Generous PTO Collaborative environment which offers career advancement Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management, and oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role, specifically within the construction industry. Proven experience with Submittals, construction documentation, contract negotiation, and project budgeting. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to travel as necessary.
