Senior Transaction Tax Manager/Director - Deals & Due Diligence

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Manager/Director - Transaction Tax to join our Transaction Tax practice in Virginia. You will oversee client relationships, mentor team members, and lead tax engagements across acquisitions and dispositions. Responsibilities include tax diligence, planning, and collaboration with SALT, International Tax, and Federal Tax Solutions groups. CPA required; JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
