Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce loneliness and isolation. Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment. Accompany clients on walks, errands, and medical appointments as needed. Prepare and serve meals/snacks while ensuring dietary needs are met. Offer assistance with daily routines , such as dressing and organizing personal spaces. Monitor and report changes in client well-being to healthcare professionals. Promote a positive and comfortable home environment. Qualifications: Experience in home care, senior care, or a similar role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support. Patient, reliable, and compassionate demeanor. Must be able to work independently and follow care plans .
