WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
- Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth
- Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions
- Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments
- Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
WHAT YOU BRING
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
- Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
