Occupational Therapist, OTProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC is seeking a results driven PRN OT to provide therapeutic and holistic care in the inpatient and outpatient division of a large hospital. Experienced OT's and new graduates are welcome to apply! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in a clinical setting. This position will provide a scheduled weekend rotation once a month. Only those applicants who can commit to this weekend rotation should apply - this is a mandatory rotation.What will you be doing in this role?Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patientsProvide occupational therapy techniques not limited to P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changesAchieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the outpatient setting.Keeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the patient for continuous health improvementsDelivering care as broadly specified within applicable state practice act.This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
