Location: Falcon Infant/Toddler Teaching Assistant

Job Summary: We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic child care Teaching Assistant to join our child care team! In this role, you’ll work alongside lead teachers to support classroom instruction, supervise children, and help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education, enjoys working with kids, and is eager to grow professionally

What You’ll Do:

Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction

Provide individual and small group support to children

Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during transitions

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior

Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (required)

Previous experience working with children (preferred)

A positive, energetic attitude and love for working with kids

Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team

Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time opportunities available

Monday–Friday
