Start Date: 05/18/2026

Shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM 7:00 PM (Friday Sunday)

Shift Length: 12 hours

Hours/Week: 36

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, Thoracic Surgery Cases

What You'll Do

• Prepare and receive pump lines for cannulation in complex Cardiac and Vascular surgeries
• Assist in procedures including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair and Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR)
• Support heart and lung transplant surgeries, valve replacements, and TAVR procedures
• Maintain sterile protocol and assist surgical teams during cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
• Ensure proper equipment setup and patient safety throughout surgical procedures

What You Need

Required:

• BCLS certification
• NBSTSA certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 Trauma, Vascular, or Thoracic surgical settings
• Ability to handle complex cardiac and thoracic surgeries
• Call requirement: 90-120 hours over a 6-week schedule

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic-assisted cardiac surgery and transcatheter procedures
• Familiarity with pump line preparation and cannulation techniques
