Qualifications:

• Active and valid Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting—middle or high school preferred
• Proven skills working with students who have moderate disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement personalized IEP goals with measurable outcomes
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students with moderate disabilities
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff workshops
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
