Location: Burlington, WI
Pay: $18 - $21/hr (Based on Experience)
Halpin Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician I for a growing food manufacturing client in Burlington, WI!
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support quality and production teams by ensuring products meet company standards for quality, safety, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, quality inspection, or production experience looking to grow their career.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished products, raw materials, and supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform production line checks, testing, and weight/portion control inspections.
- Complete quality documentation, sample retention, and production records accurately.
- Monitor production areas to ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety procedures.
- Communicate quality concerns and assist with corrective action processes.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, quality inspection, or food production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues.
- Basic math and computer skills with the ability to complete documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
