We're building our PRN RN team and offering top-quartile per-visit pay with a flexible schedule.Pay Rates – Per Completed VisitSOC / ROC - $140-150SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add-on) - $170Recertification - $95Revisit / RN 19 - $75 RN 18 Discharge - $80 Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $40/hr *** Sign On Bonus - $1,000 ***Premium add-ons:Same-Day / Urgent: +$25Weekend: +$25Holiday: +$50"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.Service Area & ScheduleCleveland / Northeast Ohio | Weekdays, weekends, evenings, on-demand - with a flexible schedule.What Sets VNA ApartAI-assisted documentation cuts OASIS submission time by up to 90% - spend your time with patients, not paperwork4-star CMS agency with CHAP accreditation and a 124-year legacy in Northeast OhioMileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate ($0.70/mile)Paid training & CEUs through ReliasLimited weekend/holiday requirements - we respect your time offResponsive support team - scheduling, intake, clinical supervisors, triage, and after-hours coverage so you're never on an islandPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer - qualifying employees may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness after 120 paymentsOne of the only home health agencies in Northeast Ohio with a dedicated Behavioral Health nursing programRequirementsMust -Have:Active RN license (Ohio) + current BLS certificationReliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service areaMinimum 2 year of clinical nursing experiencePreferred / Nice-to-Have:OASIS certification or demonstrated OASIS experiencePrior home health experienceFamiliarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
