Hybrid Tax Manager / Sr. Tax Manager role - HNW, and Trust focus (profit sharing)
Location: Hybrid, Salem, MA (must be able to be in office 3-4 times per week)
Salary: $140k-$170k+ on base and strong annual bonuses
Benefits: 401k Match up to 5%, Bonus, low billable hours, profit sharing, and 1/2 day Summer Fridays

Our team is currently searching for a Tax Manager or a Senior Tax Manager specialization with HNWI's and Trusts, who enjoys a collaborative, low-ego respectful culture.

Position Overview:
As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager , you'll take on a leadership role within our tax group and work closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals.

- Active CPA
- 5+ yrs experience
- HNW, Trust focus
- Advisory experience/client facing experience
- Previous Tax Supervising/Management Experience
- Experience managing client relationships
