Hilton experience & weekend availability is a must! Role Responsibilities: Ensure the success of the front desk and guest satisfaction while meeting product quality standards. Manage all areas of the hotel according to Brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service. Model exemplary performance for staff to follow. Essential Job Functions: Guest Service Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel. Respond promptly to guest needs and demonstrate a commitment to service. Ensure all hotel staff, including new hires, are trained to meet guest service standards. Develop added value customer service programs and empower staff to deliver responsive assistance. Meet or exceed hotel guest satisfaction measures and contribute consistently to service delivery. Front Desk Management Act as manager on duty for the hotel and oversee front desk operations. Ensure front desk staff are trained in check‑in/check‑out procedures, telephone protocols, hotel amenities and computer systems. Lead and assist in Revenue Management functions, participating in conference calls with Corporate Management and brand revenue centers. Train staff on financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories and receivables. Produce accurate financial reports on time. Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Manager/DOS to generate business ideas, set up rate codes and input rooming lists. Safety and Security Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel. Identify and correct safety hazards such as broken doors, railings, fire hazards, etc. Identify and correct security problems such as improper locking of doors after hours. Follow key‑control policies and ensure others comply. Operations Maintain physical product standards through preventive maintenance programs and scheduling deep‑cleaning activities. Ensure staff involvement in preventive maintenance and protect hotel interests during capital projects. Achieve acceptable property quality audits.
